Posted: Tue Mar 10, 2009 2:22 pmMy name is Drew Rykert I'm 25 years old. I live in American Fork, UT. I am 6'0 225 lbs. I am registered for the clydesdale category in the Icebreakers. I am really excited. I run an 8:00 min/mi. 5k ; I swim a 5:30 300 M ; I bike 12 mi. in 30 min. Is there anyone here that trains at the AF rec and would like to train together?
