Training Programs

Postby Clint on Fri Feb 08, 2008 6:11 pm

I am a runner who is starting to do triathlons. I have one under my belt that I did little training for.

Anyway, I would like a training program for an Olympic (SPudman in July).

I am busy with work, two young kids, and a wife who also runs and exercies, so I am looking for something that is manageable. Any suggestions? Links to websites, etc appreciated.

I have a busy friend that was able to do this workout system. She did great at the Spudman too as a result.

Thanks for the link. I have looked it over and it looks like something I can adapt and make work for me.

Matt, that looks great! Thanks for the link. I will adapt it to work into my training as well to help push me along.
